Swollen Birdie
Matt has a swollen ‘birdie’. His small ‘quarter note’ was bigger than usual and there is this reddish color in the tip of it. It was a mystery as to why it is so and where he might have caught it. If it’s air borne, I know an air filter will not be much of help. I am also thinking insect bite, which is more likely since he always crawls down the floor.
Anyway, we went to St. Michael family Hospital today to have it check out. The doctor said what we suspected, that it could be an insect bite.
The Pediatrician gave him a couple of medicine for the swollen penis. One is called Lotremioxazole and the ohter is called Dolan syrup. It is suppose to be taken every 6 hours.
