Php2.5 Million Apartment – Possible Investment?
We had a couple of visitors last night, si aling cora, offering us to take the house and lot that she’s offering us last week. I told them that I may not have the money to get that asset.
Aling cora is the one who gave us the insurance quotes for Matt’s education plan. Now she also do real estate.
She mentioned that there is also a 2.5M apartment that is for sale. Now, I am more interested in that. Then there’s this 122 sq. meter lot that is just beside the hospital, that is also a great investment for the future is it not?
