Pag Ibig Seminar
I wrote a blog post about the steps if you want to avail of the housing loan from Pag ibig. I was in the area (well, I was updating my BIR records) and decided to take the seminar. All the stuff that I heard was posted on my elizar palad blog.
I wanted to loan funds from Pag Ibig so we can start building our own home. A home with great garage and a stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen.. or just a great home with happy people in it.
It was unfortunate though that I cannot avail of that loan. Why? Because the main requirement for the loan is the title of the land which i still don’t have.
