Melamine Found in Sunflower Crackers

It’s another melanine melamine issue. An update of the list of banned melamine contaminated products.

The Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) in the Philippines, my country, has ordered banned Sunflorwers cracker (and others) from distribution, sales or offer for sale or export.

The BFAD released a Melamine related memo. The memorandum states in the subject the ‘Ban of Sunflower crackers Blueberry cream sandwich manufactured by Croley Foods Manufacturing Corporation.’.. The said products are positively named that has Melamine substance in them.

You can read the whole memo here.

To recall: Melamine is an organic base and a trimer of cyanamide, with a 1,3,5-triazine skeleton. Which is very dangerous to anyone’s health.

Stay safe, keep our children save, health is the most important riches of all… if something happens to our child, well throw table lamp to them!
