Keeping Employees
Who says it’s only during Christmas and holiday seasons that employers give promotional products and other giveaways to their employees. It’s January and I am giving away tiny bits of somethings for my ‘employees’.
Take Bern for example, he’s my regular writer that writes for me everyday. I pay him by the hour. To motivate him more, I told him that I will shoulder his transportation expenses.
This only proves that there are no dates nor holidays to make your buddies more active at work by giving them more perks.
