House Renovation
I am still thinking of where to get the balance for the full payment of the house and lot that was purchase last February 19.
Right now, the most probably option is the BPI promo. They have this low annual interest that is the same as Pag Ibig.
When we finally get to occupy the house, there will be some minor modifications that will be done. We wont have any garden or pond that may need pressurized pond filter and all but we will definitely be doing some renovation on the house’s internal design and the fence and the garage and other things.
