Heel Pain?
I have this house mate (here in Burnaby, we’re both homestay) who is experiencing back and heel pains.
He probably is not use to the weather here (me too). The coldness and probably the way he sleeps and his bed contributed to the heel pains, i dunno, not sure.
What I told him is he can buy product that can support his back and feet. I did a quick search, Plantar Fasciitis shows a nice product that supports the heel.
Not sure if he’ll buy though, since we are in thrift mode.
