There’s this another song where a line goes ‘…. i wanna be the man, that grows old with you.. I want to grow old with you..
If you’re not familiar with the line, it’s from the movie “Wedding Singer“. That’s my wife and I’s favorite movie. It starred Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
Anyway, i was just thinking if the writer of the song thought about the things that may and will happen whey husband and wife grew old together (without someone else, a son/daughter/maid for example).. Two words… incontinence products.
Yep, when you grow old, you lose control.. And nature keeps calling every time. We all need help so it’s important to not grow old together ‘alone’.
