Darn Weather
One of every parent’s concern is for their child to get sick. It’s almost a week now since my baby got sick. He has a cold… Or the flu. Cold is generally mild, what my son has now is a bad case of the flu.
He has a fever, he sneezes and coughs hard. Poor baby. If only I can get all those pains and uncomfortable feelings, I will.
We had him checked up by his pediatrician last Saturday (September 22). If I remember right, the fever started Thursday, Sept 20.
The doctor said that there have been several causes of such flu. They might have been caused by the darn weather. It’s starting to get really cold now doesn’t it? – Merry Xmas!
The doctor prescribe some medicine for the fever and cough plus vitamin C. It has been 3 days since that checkup and I don’t see any improvements. If this continues tomorrow I’ll bring my baby back to the doctor on Thursday and will request a thorough checkup. Maybe a CBC or something.
I don’t want to even think that this is a case of dengue (because of the rashes). Because if it is and it has been a week… bad bad news.
