CellPhone Retention Plan
I don’t know if this is worth mentioning here, but last week, pangatlong week ng mayo 08, I apply for a retention plan on Smart Philippines…
Filled up an application form and submit it to the customer service. She said they’ll be calling me in a few days time… two weeks the most.. well, this is the second week, so probably anytime soon.
I think Smart philippines needs constant reminding..cell phone repeater if that applicable to remind the staff of what they’re suppose to do..
