Most of us parent suffered from kids tantrums, don’t worry this is normal.hehehe. I admit that my kid had tantrums problem some times. Every kids have tantrums but it is in us, parents, how to handle such.

Here are some tips on how to handle and stop kids from tantrums:

1. Know the root cause of the kid’s tantrums. It is one of the best way to stop the child from tantrums, if you know the root cause your probably know how to handle or solve to problem.
2. Ignore the tantrums. For me this is one way of eliminating this behavior, ignoring them will makes them think that their tantrums isn’t that effective anymore.hehehe. This is the easier to say,but as parents, our first instinct was to care to our child.
3. Be calm in dealing with the kid. It was said that two hard/hot headed person should be collide, so when dealing with them during tantrums, you should be calm.
4. Do not give in to the kids’ tantrums. never reward or give in to your kids tantrum. in this way the kid will feel that you are not tolerating this kind of behavior he or she has. And it is one good discipline.
5. Change their focus attention. Misleading is the other word for this way. Kids’ can easily be mislead by just showing them a new toy or give them a new activity. But the negative thing about this is, the problem ain’t solved.

What have been up to these past few days? Well, last Sunday we all went to Taft Ave. to give support to my little brother. He’s taking the 2010 Philippine Bar Exams.. that’s 4 Sundays of September 2009.

Also yesterday, I was once again in Taft Ave. This time corner Buendia. I got my laptop LCD monitor repaired. The damaged? Php 7,500 (plus Php1600 for the gasoline )
